Precision design and project preparation

• Dimensional survey: Comprehensive on-site measurements, ranging from hand-measurement to advanced 3D scanning, to capture the exact layout and dimensions required for your new or replacement pipework.
• Design and layout: Our engineers create the detailed physical arrangement of pipes, valves, and fittings. We determine the most efficient routing and perform space optimisation to ensure easy maintenance and operation.
• Technical documentation: We generate crucial engineering blueprints, including Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for detailed instrumentation and smaller bore systems, and Piping Isometrics for fabrication, site fitting, and essential legacy record-keeping.

Material selection and fabrication

Choosing the right material is critical for long-term system integrity. We match the material's strength, durability, and resistance to the application.

• Material expertise: We regularly work with carbon steel, stainless steel (critical for hygienic or corrosive environments), and various engineering plastics (e.g., Polypropylene).
• Workshop fabrication: Pipe sections and components are precision-cut, bent, and welded in our dedicated workshop, ensuring maximum quality control before being transported to site.

Quality-assured installation and integrity

The final stage of implementation is managed by expert engineers, ensuring every connection is secure, tested, and compliant.

• Installation and assembly: Our engineers assemble the fabricated components on-site, ensuring all connections are secure and completely leak-free.
• Inspection and testing (NDT): We conduct rigorous integrity checks, which include coordinating Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Magnetic Particle Inspection or Die Penetrant testing on welds. This verifies the integrity of the fabrication before and after installation.
• Ongoing maintenance: We work with you to develop plans for regular inspections and repairs, ensuring the system’s longevity and providing necessary ongoing support throughout its lifespan.
